Message	Since the power steering is linked to the speed sensor and the smell of burning I think you need to start looking at a nasty electrical issue/short. This sound much more than just a blown fuse.. have a look at the fuse block for burn damage. I’d be taking it to an auto electrical for a full electrical inspection.
